Go to Services, select the service you need, choose your preferred rating tier (5-star, 4-star, or Budget), pick a date and time, enter your address, and submit. Your request is broadcast to available professionals in your area.
Our platform uses a broadcast model — your job request goes to all matching professionals and the first available one accepts it. You can view professional profiles on the Professionals page.
Most bookings are fulfilled within a few hours. Same-day availability is offered for most services in our active cities.
You can cancel a pending booking from your dashboard. Once a professional has accepted, please contact support to reschedule.
We offer a free rework promise. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we'll send a professional back at no extra cost.
Professionals & Verification
Every professional goes through a background check, skill assessment, and identity verification before being approved on the platform. Only verified professionals appear in search results.
5-star professionals have the highest ratings and experience. 4-star are standard quality. Budget tier offers economy pricing. All tiers are verified — the difference is experience level and price.
Yes. After a job is marked complete, you'll be prompted to leave a rating and review. Your feedback directly affects the professional's tier and visibility.

Payments & Pricing
Prices are fixed by the platform based on the service type and rating tier you select. There are no hidden charges — what you see is what you pay.
Payment is due after the job is completed. We support cash and online payment options.
No cancellation fee if you cancel before a professional accepts the job. If you cancel after acceptance, a small convenience fee may apply.
Service prices cover labour only. If spare parts or materials are needed, the professional will inform you before proceeding and the cost will be agreed separately.
